When you request a quote or send us accounts for tagging, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the documents you upload for processing.

How we use it

We use this information to provide quotes, carry out tagging and conversion work, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Uploaded accounts are retained only for as long as needed to complete and support your order, then deleted according to our agreed retention schedule. Contact and billing records are retained in line with UK statutory requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ixbrl.uk.
